FAQS

QWhat is Special EP (Extra Pure) steel Precision Bearings?

ABearings for iron and steel works operate under a variety of harsh conditions. Including high temperatures, high speed or super low speed operation, as well as environments contaminated with water and debris. Products support the stable operation of equipment under the toughest conditions. In the steel industry, bearings can be found in a vast range of plant and equipment that is used in both upstream and downstream processes: from the storage yard for raw materials to the steelmaking, rolling and refining processes. All kinds of bearings are used in this plant and equipment.

QWhat is Special Polyamide cage design Precision Bearings?

APolyamide, with or without glass fibre reinforcement, is characterized by a favourable combination of strength and elasticity. Due to its excellent sliding properties on lubricated steel surfaces and the superior finish of the contact surfaces,it cages reduce friction, frictional heat and wear. It can be used at operating temperatures up to 120 °C (250 ° F). However, some synthetic oils and greases with a synthetic oil base and lubricants containing EP additives, when used at high temperatures, can have a detrimental effect on it cages. For information about the suitability of cages, refer to Cages. It is the standard cage material for many super-precision cylindrical roller bearings and angular contact thrust ball bearings.

QWhat is Standard angular contact ball bearing?

AAngular contact ball bearings. Angular contact ball bearings have inner and outer ring raceways that are displaced relative to each other in the direction of the bearing axis. This means that these bearings are designed to accommodate combined loads, i.e. simultaneously acting radial and axial loads. The axial load carrying capacity of angular contact ball bearings increases as the contact angle increases. The contact angle is defined as the angle between the line joining the points of contact of the ball and the raceways in the radial plane, along which the combined load is transmitted from one raceway to another, and a line perpendicular to the bearing axis.

QWhat is Super high-speed angular contact ball bearings?

AThis lineup of bearing includes a basic series that meets ISO standards, and a specified series targeting machine tools. A series of sealed angular contact ball bearings with prepacked grease is available. The Robust series of high performance bearings include, a wide lineup of bearings, ranging from highly rigid types to ultrahigh-speed types. Angular contact ball bearings provide the perfect solution for applications requiring high runout accuracy of rotating machine parts, such as the machine tool main spindles, or the application of faster rotating speeds.
